HOSPITALITY Ministers Schedule 

  
Minimum 4 Hospitality Ministers are required for each of the Masses. If you are unable to serve as Hospitality Minister as per this schedule, please call someone else on this list to replace you (contact information available through the parish office) . If you wish to have your name removed, or moved to another mass, please call the Parish Office at 488-4467. Changes will be effective the next publishing of the schedule, so please continue to serve as per this schedule until then.

Name tags are in Sacristy, in the drawer marked with the times of the Mass.

Ideally, 2 Ministers at each set of doors, as well as someone at side door leading towards parking lot to greet people

Please ensure there are at least 4 Ministers to do the Collection

Please select the Gift Bearers before Mass – laminated card with step-by-step guidelines for the Gift Bearers found on Gift Table

Bulletins are handed out after Mass – these are found in the Sacristy

At least 2 people should sit at the back in the Ushers pew in case of emergency. First Aid Kit is located in the sacristy, as well as a telephone if 911 needs to be called.

When Mass has begun, please lock the parking lot back door. After 9:30 a.m. Mass, please remember to unlock the door so that others can enter for 11:30 Mass .

If you know of anyone who would like to become a Hospitality Minister, please call the Parish Office. We are in need of Ministers, especially for 11:30 mass. We'd love to have them!!
