If you have already made your decision to provide your child with a Christ-centred education at St. John Brebeuf School, please download the Registration Form, as well as a Tuition Payment Form. If your child is currently registered in another school, a Student Reference Form to be filled out by the student’s current teacher is also required.

St. John Brebeuf School offers a Before and After School program to all registered students.  Those wishing to enroll for the program should include a Before and After School Program Registration Form along with the above listed documents.
